South Palms Resort is a tropical paradise in the heart of Panglao. They are located at Brgy. Bolod, Panglao Island, Bohol. They offer white sand, crystal clear waters, coconut trees all over the resort, and one of the best designed resort I’ve been to. Perfect for a romantic couple getaways, family travel, even business trips. You can even have your dream beach wedding here!

On our last day in Bohol, I was thinking of just staying at Bird of Paradise Resort while waiting for our flight. However, during our stay, I saw a lot of beachfront resorts and thought of doing a day tour/use. I saw from a post on Instagram of how amazing this place is and I immediately contacted them. For only PHP388 per person, you get to enjoy this amazing resort for a day use with all its amenities, and it also comes with a free drink or appetizer that you can choose from. They also offer a Beach Dining at PHP988 per person, inclusions are: Five Course meal with Fresh Buko Juice. How cool is that?

They will give you a wristband so that the staff will recognize that you’re there for the Day Use.

The hammock, beach beds, lounge areas, swimming pool, facilities, and amenities are just wow! I’ll let the photos speak for itself!

The pool is so inviting! I can count with my fingers how many guests are in the resort when we were there, and it was a Saturday!

These are my favorite chill spots! Everything is Instagram worthy! Kudos to Kyle for taking nice photos of his mom (although he complained a lot LOL)

There are free amenities which includes kayaking, paddle boarding, biking, and fish feeding.

They have a restaurant called Oceanica Seafood Restaurant and Coast Pool Bar. We got our free drinks by the pool bar.

After swimming and all the fun, you may use their shower and changing rooms to freshen up. They also provide beach towels if you need one.

They have over 90 rooms and villas that offers traditional Filipino design with a modern touch. Room rates starts at PHP7,800 per night, taxes included. If you want to experience a luxurious overnight stay, you may book through their website or Agoda app for cheaper rates.

I can’t believe I only paid PHP388 per person to experience what this resort has to offer, a true budget travel tip indeed! I want to go back here with my boys complete, my sisters, and friends! I highly recommend this place to everyone who will visit Panglao, might it be for a day use or an overnight stay.
