Rekado Modern Filipino Cuisine

I met Chef Marco Bitong during our visit at House of Unicorns Cafe in Marikina. Few weeks ago, he invited me to visit his own restaurant, Rekado Modern Filipino Cuisine, which is also located in Marikina.

Rekado Modern Filipino Cuisine is owned by Chef Marco Bitong, Antiago Lumiwan, Sandino Lumiwan and Franz Calara. It was launched in October 20, 2016, almost a year old now. They serve Filipino food, but Chef Marco doesn’t want his meals to be tagged as typical home-cooked meals. He created a menu with a modern twist that can adopt to millennials and will leave a mark after tasting it.😊

I love Filipino food!!! This, by far, is the best and most convenient restaurant for me since it’s just near my place. And look at what we ate, all of these only cost Php901 for 4 people (plus 2 kids)!😊

Laing rice – Php128

Bangus sisig – Php160

Mixed vegetables – Php128

And their leche flan is to die for, for only Php45! 

Rekado Modern Filipino Cuisine is perfect for family bonding, great deal and an assurance of a happy and full tummy after.😊
