I’ve been wanting to go to Sagada to experience the sea of clouds, that plan is going 3 years old now. LOL.😂 So when I saw someone posted about this place online, I told Kaeser that we need to go since it’s just 1 hour and 20 mins from my house!
We left the house at 4:00 AM and arrived at the Treasure Mountain at 5:20 AM, just in time for the sunrise!
Walked for about 5 minutes going up there (that cottage on top) to see a better view
It was a bit muddy because it rained last night
As per their Facebook page Treasure Mountain, they can’t always assure the occurrence of the sea of clouds. Sea of clouds is a natural phenomenon which mainly occurs in mountains. There are several factors that may affect its occurrence, one of which is the weather. The best time to witness the sea of clouds is in the morning during a sunny day.
We were blessed with a good weather and I was so happy to witness the sea of clouds!!!😍
The rock formation is really nice and adds up to the charm of the place
Thankful that my boys came with me, missing Kern here though
You can go there for an overnight stay and pitch a tent, we saw some tents around the area.
After some photo opp, we went up to have picnic. The view is still amazing from the top!
I cooked pancakes, hotdogs and egg before we left the house. Breakfast time! Look at this happy kid!😊
After breakfast, we just enjoyed the place and relaxed.
The best thing about this mountain is that you don’t need to hike for hours to see the breathtaking view, so you can bring your kids with you with no worries. My son enjoyed his first mountain experience!😊
I saw some Makahiya plants or Mimosa Pudica and introduced it to Kyle. I told him that when I was a kid, I used to play with it. And being the vlogger that he is, he vlogged about it.😂 (thank you to my Instagram boyfriend for these stolen photos)
We saw this big bahay kubo that can be rented if you’re going there as a group.
Who wouldn’t want to wake up to this view with a cup of hot coffee?😍
There’s a mini pool in the parking area where you can chill while being mesmerized by the picturesque view
They have a spacious parking area so you don’t need to worry about bringing your cars
I highly recommend this place if you want some peace and quiet. For those wondering, there’s cellular signal for all networks so no need to worry about uploading your photos.😊
